14. Defects & Workmanship
If the customer believes there is a workmanship issue related to the agreed scope, they should notify Comfort Creators within a reasonable period after completion.
Where a confirmed workmanship defect is attributable to Comfort Creators, we will assess the issue and, where appropriate, take reasonable steps to correct it.

15. Third-Party Products & Manufacturer Warranties

Comfort Creators will not be responsible for pre-existing damage or damage caused by concealed conditions that could not reasonably have been identified before work commenced.
17. Safety & Access
Customers must provide a reasonably safe and accessible working environment.
Comfort Creators may postpone or stop work if the site presents a serious safety risk or if required access is unavailable.
Additional costs caused by unsafe conditions, restricted access or repeated site visits may apply where appropriate.
18. Electrical, Plumbing & Other Technical Services
Technical services must be performed according to the requirements applicable to the specific project.
Where the project involves specialist systems, authority approvals, inspections or certifications, these requirements should be identified before work begins.
Comfort Creators will not be responsible for issues resulting from unauthorized modifications made by the customer or another contractor after our work has been completed.
